Never again. My husband has massages for stress relief several times a year, and we decided to give Hand and Stone in Apex a try. I called ahead and shared what type of massage he prefers and was thrilled that they had an appointment the next day. It was by far the worst massage he had ever received. We called the next day to speak to a manager, who said she was new and that we could come back for another. Why would we go back? I asked for a refund, but they said they could not issue one.
