I have been a constant customer at Hand & Stone in Watchung, NJ for some years. I have either purchased gift cards or signed up for membership. I booked an appointment scheduled, and due to an unexpected circumstance, I canceled an hour before my service. The young woman who answered the phone informed me, there was no way to reschedule me and she had to charge me a $45 no show fee because I don't notify them within 24hr. I walk in and immediately felt a negative vibe from the receptionist at the desk. She handed me a brochure and stated,”This is what we do. I felt racism oozing from this lady. I left. .Was given a generous gift card for this salon. I will try another location 👍🏾
Minny is AMAZING! If I could add another star, I would. She came highly recommended and now I know why! My daughter gifted me a massage for Mother’s Day and it was my best gift. Her kindness and professionalism unmatched. I’ll definitely be returning.
I got a massage with Hammid and he was the best! I get massages twice a month and he was honestly one of my best spa experience as he listens to your notes and preferences.
