Went in for a massage 3 weeks ago, can I say disappointed. I asked for a hot stone upgrade, I didn't receive it. If you are going to use a person training at least have someone watching over them. On top of that, a masseuse should actually be able to perform a deep tissue massage and not a rub down. In addition, when requested for a Manager to call back, at least follow up. I do not recommend this location.
Madison was amazingly service oriented and helpful. We’ve been members for years. She’s amazing and we love Carlie’s massages.

Just want to say the actual massage therapists are great and work very hard. The manager is hard to get a hold of. I tried to contact months ago about canceling due to medical reasons and haven’t heard a thing back since I asked questions so I’ve been needlessly overcharged for services I’ve never received in the meantime.
