I read that this place has new management and owner, so decided to pay it a visit. Liz gave me an exceptional service, I highly recommend her to anyone who wants a facial. everyone was friendly and welcoming. And you can tell they've made some nice changes to the spa. overall a really good experience.
my past experiences here were ok but a couple days ago I received a message that as of today they have new owners and new staff. Do NOT GET FACIALS HERE! I have been a member with Hand and Stone for almost 8 years, in charlotte, houston and dallas. I have never had such a horrible experience with a facial in my life. I came to this location because of the reviews. First off the young lady SICILY can’t possibly be credentialed #1 she had no clue what to use or do with my skin. #2 she placed a piping hot wash clothe over my face and eyes when I have contacts in! I am writing to share my disappointing experience with Hand & Stone Massage in Euless, Texas, regarding what I believe to be deceptive and unauthorized charges following the cancellation of my membership. On October 1, 2025, I called the Euless spa directly to cancel my membership. During that call, I was informed that I would still be charged for October but that my membership would end after that billing cycle.
