Nice atmosphere. Amateur masseuse left me in severe pain for 11 days after a deep muscle massage. Difficult to reach a manager. Manager refunded my money and suggested I go to the doctor.

I am currently a member of Hand and Stone and lately I have been considering canceling my membership due to customer service at the Algonquin IL location. Sometime if I would have to call the location and no one ever picks up. We leave a message and no one returns my call.
