I want to get a pedicure and they don't do pedicures but I received a warm and courteous welcome
Just meh. They had me roped into that monthly massage thing. When you go to cancel they simply try and strong arm you into putting a temporary hold on it, so that they can go back to billing you in 2 months when you forget about it again. What i have found is that the masseuse was wasting time to get through the 50 minutes. My massage started at 3:10 and I was dressed and out at 3:51. I finally went back and once again, this place was crap. I got stuck in traffic and called to say I was running a few minutes late. They said it was no big deal. I ended up 8 minutes late with another 5 filling out their paper work (the paperwork couldve been done over the phone). Little did I know they have hard stops, regardless whether there are people after you or not (there was not... not one person was waiting when I walked out). appointment get canceled on the day i supposed to come and this happens frequently so i just booked at the glen mill location now i have to ride further out brookhaven was right around the corner big shout out to the receptionist for being so kind
