10 year membership and Everything was good until you need to cancel because you moved away. They will try to nickel and dime you and call it policy. You have better choices with better people in Laguna. Support local.
My wife was a member for over 2 years. They charged us $89/month. When we went to cancel with 13 massages left to use they told us we could transfer massages within 60 days. Then later told they could't be transferred at all. Terrible communication, constantly changing answers and a cancellation process that feels intertionally difficult. I highly recommend to find another place to do business with.
This was such a WONDERFUL experience. I literally had the BEST massage I’ve ever had and then my wife had an incredible DermalFusion facial that she said was better than a med spa. We’ve been here a number of times and the front desk are always so friendly and the massage therapists and estheticians are all extremely well trained and very experienced.
