Great massage with Beatrice! But when I arrived and tried to use my gift card, the owner/manager told me that I would need to pay at a higher rate, approx. $30 more. ($59/$89) Otherwise they would honor the price I was quoted, but I would need to pay cash. I did pay cash, but I'm disappointed that they did not honor the amount quoted by text to get me in the door.
The best and only Hand & Stone location I will go to! All of their masseuses are great and they really give a relaxing, high quality experience. My husband and I recently moved to McKinney, but after trying two other H&S locations we came back here - it's worth the 45 min drive!
We got a couples massage and it was wonderful. Yes $79.95 per person as expected. The place was nice and clean. Therapist were great, definitely recommend this place. We will definitely be back and try the facials next time!
Update: I contacted the manager via email as stated and still no response. This place was a total rip-off. I booked a gift card a year or so ago and the person up front said that despite it being purchased for a higher value they would be redeeming all of it due to their bizarre deceptive system. The masseuse that I got was equally as horrible. It was a wonderful experience. My massage therapist was amazing! She focused on the areas I needed it the most. I feel much more relaxed today.
