I just wanted to take a moment to a great compliment to Jocelyn at Hand and Stone. I receive excellent service and recommendations from Jocelyn regarding my skin. I use my monthly membership for facials with Jocelyn. I am a 64 year-old woman With glowing skin as a result of her treatments and I Receive constant Compliments regarding my skin.
Terrible Customer Service and Shady Cancellation Policy I have had an absolutely awful experience with this company. When I initially booked a massage for my wife, I was able to use my monthly membership credit without any issue. However, as soon as I mentioned that I wanted to cancel my membership, everything changed. Suddenly, I was told that I had to call another Hand & Stone location to transfer my credit.
