Very relaxing
Rose was wonderful! She was friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend her to friends and family!
My masseuse had a strong cigarette smell which was unpleasant. When I was checking out, the two front desk receptionists kept begging each other to “give her the pitch” which ended up just being about joining the membership with Hand & Stone. It felt really unprofessional and embarrassing that they didn’t even want to talk to me about something I was actually interested in. My gift card somehow also “expired” without any more explanation. Not sure if I’d come back to this location.
