I am very disappointment and angry at this business. It is a total scam what they are doing to customers. The manager is never available and they are refusing to cancel my membership. They are saying they can not provide me with the managers last name "Chrissy". I notified them in October 2024 that I wanted to cancel, but I had multiple services built up on my account. The staff and especially the manager Christy are the most rude and unprofessional people in the trinity office You call they yell at you or hang up on you as the manager did today. She's supposedly never in the office. They chg the policy everytime your In there for a service I always pay cash yet they still pull money from my account which has been red flagged, not to be charged This office seriously needs a management and staff overhaul. I’ve been a member at Hand & Stone for a few years now, and I’m always impressed with the level of service. Every therapist I’ve seen has been excellent, and the staff is always friendly and professional. It’s such a relaxing and enjoyable experience every time. Highly recommend!
