I booked an appointment for a facial and was cancelled hours before my appointment. Asked for a refund to be processed since my schedule is jam packed, and was told I would have to speak to a manager. You guys cancelled my appointment, why do I need to speak to a manager? I missed the manager Dennis call, called back shortly after, still haven’t received another call back. I’ll be disputing the transaction with my bank.
