Really great 50 min deep tissue massage by Kaelee! Rebooked for an 80 min massage with heated stones the next time, equally as good!!

I had the best deep pressure massage I've ever had with Alexandra, I even asked her to lighten up just a bit (something I have never done before while getting a massage). I also had a facial and my skin is looking great, plus got some great tips to help my skin look and feel better as I gwt older. I will be back!
If I was reviewing the massage therapist I've used over the last year, I'd have rated this a 5. However, Hand and Stone as an entity is where the flaws are. Costs are disproportionately high when you look at other options in the area, especially when you consider that a 60 minute massage is only 50 minutes of actual hands-on massaging. Also, the frontdesk staff, while kind, seem limited in what they're able to do/say and their replies often feel robotic. The website for booking is mostly useless. The woman was 15 min late. I felt like it was a run down and not a massage. I tried to tell her but that don’t help. I go to Hand and Stone in FL and always have a great experience.
