Was given a gift card for my birthday so I went online to book the introductory massage because I’ve never been. Was given a price online only to be met with a different price checking out. I was told I couldn’t use the introductory price because the gift card was purchased at a non member price?? So they basically told me I can only get the price I was originally quoted when booking if I signed up for a membership. What a scam! Won’t be back!
Received a facial as a gift. The aesthetician was superb! A genuine and caring individual who did a great job! Not too sure about the products used. I feel I’ve had better experiences with regard to product quality. Also, I felt a bit pressured to “sign up” for ongoing services by the front desk. I was even asked why I was hesitant to sign up??! That put a damper on the overall experience.
Amazing friendly and professional service. From the time you walk in you feel welcomed. Facial treatment was absolutely divine. I would recommend Hand & Stone to all my family and friends.
I did the anti aging facial ( cost $109 with membership status) with Erika, her service was great. I will definitely recommend her service and the Parlour. Service was provided with complete professionalism, clean and good product. Hand and stone is far better than 101 skin facial, very expensive and unprofessionals. Hand and stone all workers/ attenders are very humble and polite. I will recommend to all at least try once and see your experience with Hand & Stone. Good job !!! Thank you
