I love getting a great massage here. The staff are friendly and professional.
I am giving this a one star because of Alyssa. I am a member and typically see Amanda or Sariah for facials. Both are fantastic !! And I see them monthly. I tried a new esthetician and would not see her again. Her facial was ok- but she started late ended early. Didn’t do nearly as much as Amanda or Sariah. She was not ready she had to leave the room in the middle to get something. Never even told me my facial was “upgraded” and when I went to check out I was told I owed 35 in upgrades fees. Not a very good experience. Ended up in urgent care!! We booked a couple's massage and they require a credit card on file in case you have to cancel, they still charge 50% of the service. We filled out all the paperwork and we got a confirmation email. The lady that scheduled us called back to say she was looking at the wrong screen so we have to reschedule for a different day. This was my first-ever spa experience, and I couldn’t be more impressed! Mickey and Maria were absolutely phenomenal. Mickey was incredibly careful and attentive, especially with me being pregnant, and my muscles have never felt better after her massage. Maria did a wonderful job with my facial. The massage itself was decent and hit the right spots. I didn’t realize until after I left that I had gotten a total 45 minute massage when I had paid for an hour. I would go somewhere else.
