Their Facial is almost nothing they don’t massage a lot and the way they give appointments and charge you if you cancel and their customer relationship is not at all nice. It’s better to spend this money in other non franchise spa’s to get what you are spending
I’ve been trying to cancel my membership, but the process has been incredibly frustrating. They don’t allow cancellations over the phone unless it’s done through a 10-minute call with a specialist. I was fine with scheduling that, but the specialist called me 15 minutes before my scheduled time, so I missed it. She left a voicemail asking me to call back and leave a message if she didn’t pick up, but there was no option to leave a voicemail. I had a wonderful full body massage and the so relaxed for the rest of the day !!! My wonderful experience started as soon as I entered the place as the receptionist was gracious and was so helpful in checking my gift cards for me. Then when called in my massager asked me if there were any areas to work on or stay away from - again the whole experience was so so wonderful
