I called a few weeks ago and spoke to Caleb, he works at the front desk at the Siena location. He was very kind, however he gave me a lot of false information and that led to confusion and me spending a lot more money than I thought. I was interested in getting a couples massage. He said it was a members only feature, but that I could sign up to be a member and then after the couples massage I could cancel the membership. My massage focused on lumbar back pain. The masseur was very friendly, professional and willing to talk about my back issues and possible solutions.

Not impressed at all. I was 15 minutes early to fill the forms. I wasn’t called into the room until 8 minutes behind my scheduled time, the hour massage is more so like a 45 minutes. At the end while checking out, the person at the front desk was more so worried if I need to leave a tip rather than asking about the experience I had.

CARLOS at the Upper St Clair location is awesome! He takes special care to make sure you are comfortable. He is extremely knowledgeable in everything he says and does! I would give 10 STARS if I could!! I have seen him for about a year now. They have an incredible monthly points pkg. The best quality and least expensive place I have found! He deserves to be recognized! THANK YOU CARLOS!!!!
