I had a facial and thought the esthetician (Nicolette) did a great job technique-wise and was super knowledgeable. The only thing that threw me off was not getting a massage during the mask part which is my favorite part.. I’ve always gotten one at other places and at Hand & Stone (I’ve been here a lot) so I was expecting it since it’s usually part of the relaxing experience.
Mariah is a great massage therapist. She asks where it hurts and listens! She really helped the pain in my foot arch!
Shaneya was great her face massage was excellent she shared great information on other products and I did buy one of them the staff is very pleasant they greeted everyone immediately I have been going there since they opened my husband has the membership we love it very clean and exceptional service with a smile keep it up

I have very high regard for David as my massage therapist. He is intuitive and intelligent and will know if you need a deep tissue massage. I was reluctant due to a previous experience elsewhere that had me sore for three days afterward. Since David is highly skilled and intuitive, my muscles did not hurt afterwards and my muscles felt great. David has an innate gift of therapeutic massage.
