I’ve been a member of head and stone for five years. Recently they charged me extra on a service that I am doing for the last five years. The charge is double the amount I was expecting. The issue is I’m not able to reach out to them over the phone when I have a concern and looking for a settlement every time I call them they keep on saying their manager is not there and their owner is not there without them.
