So so pleasantly pleased with Hand and Stone. The front desk lady was so kind and hospitable. Jasmine my massage therapist was AMAZING! I totally didn’t realize I was supposed to wait for her after I was done…I am SO SORRY. Seriously, I feel so much better. Thank you so much Jasmine!!
They have become difficult to work with. Historically, I have been able to set up appointments easily but now it leads me to believe that things are changing. This time not so much and Gabby didn’t offer any solutions, just told me to call the generic “Corporate” and told me that I could find their number on the website when I asked for someone that could help me.
