Worst facial experience. Appointment was at 12.45 PM, booked under an offer I saw in an online ad. I arrived at 12.48 PM sharp and I was asked to fill a long form, the kind of form one sees in a doctor’s office. They should have informed that filling of the form is required and therefore one has to arrive 15 minutes prior to the appointment, but they did not do so which delayed the start of the facial. I have been coming here for over two years as massage therapy is an important part of my ongoing pain management. My massage therapist, Aurora, is consistently attentive and professional, and each session leaves me feeling better than when I walked in. While there have been disappointing changes this year (including a change in service type and a credit card processing fee), these changes have not impacted the quality of care I receive, and that is why I continue to come back.
