I’m giving 5 stars for the customer service and the spa cleanliness and professionalism by the staff at Carol Stream. The receptionist was super sweet and friendly and I’m glad I found a place near me. Unfortunately, the pressure with the massage itself was just too light for me, even though I requested firm. I’m looking forward to trying other female massage therapists at this location.
I've had lots of massages. But Dennis was super wonderful. He sat first to gather info on what I wanted. And he certainly delivered. Kristina did my facial. She cleaned and examined my skin and we discussed my options. She did a wonderful facial and explained each application. Customer Service was very thorough. I was given member discounts and a free gift for purchasing items. I would recommend the Carol Stream location. And it is economically best to become a member. THANXS for everything 🤗

Entire staff is very welcoming, helpful, and professional. Jen’s massages are wonderful! She makes sure to check with me about my needs & to make sure the pressure is not too much. I always feel fabulous after her massages.
