Had my first ever professional massage here with Eric and it was phenomenal, he did great and was super chill and friendly. I will for sure be back for another awesome massage!
I booked a massage, went in for the appointment and then sat there for nearly 30 minutes when I asked what the problem was, they said my masseuse hadn’t turned up. I then was asked to wait another few minutes and was eventually told my masseuse would arrive in a further 20 minutes! (Which would have been a full hour late). I couldn’t wait that long, but was very polite and said I would reschedule as long as there was some compensation for all my time wasted.
