Always love going to Waco Hand and Stone, your immediately greeted by one of the front desk ladies with a friendly smile. Steve did my last massage and as always it was amazing. I like that he can also do deep tissue massage. Highly recommend him and the Spa!
Great place to get a massage or facial. Have been going to this place since it opened. Customer sercive is great!! NuNu is an amazing therapist!!! I have had her twice and each time have felt very relaxed after each session!! Highly recommended this place!!! ❤️❤️❤️

The fist time I cancelled my membership because of a bad experience that was almost similar to this one, which was almost 4 years ago. I have booked appointments twice. And they canceled on me both times they do not want to do facials for men and when I call to find out why They cancel they just hang up on me. Or when I call they remember my number. And they won't even pick up the phone

My wife booked a massage for my birthday at this place. We drove from South Carolina so she can surprise me for a couples massage. We came with booked reservations just to be told that we couldn’t get one after traveling 5 hrs! They had no real reason why we could not get one and turned us around. She left out in tears with all her efforts gone down the drain! Thank you for bringing a cloudy day on a sunny day for us!
