This was my second facial with Renee. It was very professional and relaxing
I’m a new member and canceled an appointment two days in advance by leaving a voicemail on the business phone. I can show proof of the call with the exact date and time. The business says they never received the message and may still charge me a cancellation fee unless they find it. The staff member I spoke with was polite, but if a customer calls and leaves a message with proper notice, it shouldn’t be the customer’s responsibility if the voicemail system fails. My wife and I really enjoy our monthly massages. Their highly trained masseuses do a wonderful job. Very professional and knowledgeable. I suggest the hot stones.
