Amy was amazing! She was so kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment. She took her time, explained everything clearly, and paid great attention to detail. I have called to book services numerous times at this location. It does NOT matter what time you call NOBODY ever answers the phone. It is extremely frustrating. I was gifted two gift cards and can't even enjoy any services because NOBODY will pick up the phone. It is a shame. I have called and visited this location in past years and have never had this problem.
