Impossible to get anything scheduled at the waukesha location! Now you're closed and froze my account even though I go to Greenfield hand and stone. This is ridiculous.

Trying to get an appointment is nearly impossible… now you really can’t get an appointment since the spa is temporarily closed due to staffing shortages. I have seven packages ($490) that are just going to waste. I put a freeze on my account and they still charge my card. At this point I just want my money back since I can’t use my packages..
