This place either does not have a manager, or if they do, they are not doing their job properly. I have been trying to cancel my membership for several months, and every time I am told that the manager needs to call me back, but that never happens. Whenever I go in person, the manager is never there — or maybe hiding to avoid handling the situation — leaving the receptionists to deal with all the problems.
