Christine was my Esthetician for my facial and she was magnificent. The experience was so wonderful. The products she used were awesome.

Poor customers service and sessions are too, lady at the counter too my gift card last time I came in and never gave it back because they couldn’t process a spa finder gift card SHH and manager says that she would take a note of it and not try to find out where it is smh this new way of customer services now days will never get my money again and I will tell everyone about this location.
My very first phone call to Hand & Stone in Palm Beach Gardens, I was rudely put on hold by "Josie" for over 10 minutes. I hung up and call back, only to be put on hold again for over 10 minutes. I hung up. This was going to be my first time at Hand & Stone; I will never call them again.
