Professional and friendly staff.
Don’t use Hand and stone especially Mt Dora. I had 4 credits of 280$ and don’t tell me it will expire if you cancel membership. Massage Envy is new and coming to Mt Dora. They use cleaner products and better service. This company has been going done hill and I was a member for 15 years in winter park.
I went in for my birthday and went for the very first time and it was the best Jessica was the bomb she has the hands and everything was perfect I will be coming back for sure and I will be asking for Jessica🫶
I have had good experiences with all of the technicians at this location with the exception of one masseuse. He gave the second worst massage of my life. However, the management at this location is very poor. Months ago I had to change an appointment. When I showed up at the new time I found my massage therapist was scheduled with someone else.
