Massage was great but a little disappointed my time was cut 12-15 minutes early after I paid so much for a massage and tipped 20%. I didn't realize how much time I had been cut short until after I had tipped too. :/
My husband and I went for a couples massage and it was an amazing experience. The beds were warm, music was soothing, room was clean and our therapists did a fantastic job. Shout-out to Devon who worked on knots I didn't know I had and relieved lots of tension on my shoulders. Thank you!
Great deep tissue massages but expensive.
They make it extremely hard to cancel, and they are inconsistent. I've had 3 visits, and each time, the experience was different. I didn't learn about the attention button (panic button) until my 3rd visit and still don't know where it's located. The front desk staff check everything for you on their iPad during check-in, and you just sign at the bottom. The first visit the therapist talked the whole time.
