Hand and stone is amazing!! I’ve had a membership on and off for two years. Everyone I’ve seen was great. I’m not sure what people are talking about, it was easy for me to cancel my membership. I missed it so much I joined again. I’ve also frozen my membership and it was easy. You just have to ask what the date is that your money is withdrawn and it needs to be 2 weeks before (or something like that). If you ask the front desk they will explain it to you. Do not waste your money here and especially do not become a member here! I was a member for years, and towards the end I had too many credits so I cancelled my membership to use all of my credits. One credit (ie one massage) expired after 60 days, even though I was told I had 90 days to use it. When I called to ask if I could use it, I was told no. I had a massage with Sabrina and she was amazing. I did not realize how much the tension I was carrying was affecting me. After my massage, I felt energetic and flexible. I highly recommend Sabrina.
