Relaxing spa exp with professional massage and facial services. Staff is courteous and the atmosphere is calming. A bit pricey, but overall a great place to unwind and recharge.
It’s…sometimes fine. The level of experience of who you’re gonna be seen by is inconsistent. I was a member for about a year and ended up canceling my subscription due to a layoff. The massage therapist I was seeing at the time was great at her job. I went in today for a 50 minute massage and I did not have a good experience. The service I received was equivalent to what I would expect from a discounted massage school, it was pretty bad. They mess up scheduling for massages all the time, so you waste your time going there for nothing. They tell you I'm sorry we made a mistake like your time isn't important.
I love going to Hand and Stone for my facials. Its always such a relaxing, renewing experience. My skin feels fresh, clean, soft and supple every time!
I’ve been to this place at least a dozen times. I recommend David K. Really firm pressure every time.
