Janasia was my aesthetician today, and she truly exceeded my expectations. I walked in feeling so much tension and stress, but her incredible hospitality and comforting personality helped me relax and enjoy my service today. I think it's important to recognize her since many people don’t often share positive feedback. When credit is due, I always make sure to acknowledge it! She’s a fantastic asset to this company! Yes, I will be returning to see her! 😁
This facility is a prime example of NOT going above and beyond for customer service. Christmas gift card received for 1 hour massage with services starting at 2:10 ending at 2:50. Upon check out we questioned the timeframe and were informed that “1 hour means 50 minutes hands on”. 🤔 The office staff is unprofessional, outright rude and obviously can’t calculate time. This was a great reminder for us as to why we cancelled our membership before and support local family owned Jordan Health Spa.
APRIL IS A DREAM! In the past I’ve have had all different types of massages (from cruises to local spas) and April has not only been the most thorough therapist I’ve experienced, she has the keenest ability to use her extensive knowledge and techniques to advise me in which treatments would be most effective for my stressed, tight muscles. I’ve lived a lot of decades without ever having a facial.. Today was my first: I’m a complete convert :) and plan on pampering myself often. The main reason my experience was so amazing was my esthetician Janasia. She was so welcoming, lovely and knowledgeable and she made sure my entire experience was amazing - I told her I hadn’t felt so relaxed in five years and that was true. The whole office staff is lovely as well and very accommodating. Highly recommend.!!!!!
