I had a massage and facial recently with Kris and Jess. They are so great! Very knowledgeable and you can tell they love what they do. The girls at the desk were so wonderful as well. Made me feel very welcomed. I'll definitely be back soon!
manager Erin is a nightmare to deal with I have seen her retaliate against employees while checking out she gossips about employees to other employees right at the front desk and watched her walk to the bar a few steps away from the spa with a young front desk employee she is very unprofessional and makes me feel very uncomfortable everytime I see her

It is always a pleasure visiting the Hand and Stone in Lacey for therapeutic massage. The front desk staff are always friendly and professional and the massage therapists, of which over the past two years I have seen most, or all, of them, have never disappointed. My Wife and I have steadily been requesting Erica and Sarah. Both have a real talent for rooting out the trouble spots and working on them with appropriate pressure and technique.
