I purchased a ONE hour massage for my husband for Christmas. His appointment was 11am and he didn’t get called back until 11:10am and then the massage ended at 11:58am. They charge a lot of money for a massage and they don’t even give you the full length of time you purchased. I called to bring this to their attention and they said oh it’s 50 mins not one hour because we count 10 minutes of that time for dressing and undressing. Are you kidding me? Christos is phenomenal. Every time I get a massage from him he uses the perfect amount of pressure and I leave feeling pain and tension free. He’s one of the best masseuses I’ve been to and is also very kind - highly recommend!
