I thought the ridge hill location was closed the day of my appointment because when I called their phone number I got a recording saying they were closed and when I looked at their google page it said that it’s closed. So when I got a call saying I’m late and that they are going to cancel my appointment I was shocked ! I rushed over to their location and when I got there I was greeted by a rude receptionist who yelled at me and took no accountability. BEWARE LOCATION SCAM!!! The professionalism at this store is absolutely awful. They have a listing for their business posted in Brooklyn at 8 2nd st. Which was the closest location to my apartment. I arrived at the location 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment only to find absolutely nothing! when I called to clarify, is when I discover how far it really is!
