MEMBERSHIP IS A SCAM... I have been paying for my daughter's membership as a gift for over a year, they assured me when I signed up, that I can have at least once a month service as a guest. At this point we have 11 prepaid services... I scheduled one as a guest. On the day of the appointment desk called me and left a message that they are cancelling because esthetician called out.... Bad services. After getting a facial, leaving with a noticeable SCAR on my lip. I tried to contact for solutions over the phone 4 times for 2 months and even came to the store talked in person. They denied to take care of consequence . They told me that manager would contact me back but NEVER did Bad business should be closed . Don't recommend irresponsible attitude
I went to Hand & Stone for the first time yesterday and had a standard facial. It was the most amazing experience. So relaxing and the atmosphere was absolutely fantastic! I chose not to have a silent treatment because I wanted the Aesthetician to answer my questions and have her explain to me what she was using during the facial.
