I had a wonderful experience at this location with a massage yesterday (Michael) and facial today (Tayler) while in town for work. The massage worked out all my stress knots on my back and the facial was relaxing and effective.
Raeniesha gave me an absolutely amazing massage. She was working out all my knots would definitely go back to see her!
The massage was just not up to par. I felt a lot of her nails. The front desk just looks miserable and seem like they don't wanna be there. Management is just nasty with you if you have a problem with something. Go elsewhere cause you will get better service and not hounded about a membership on the way out. Edit: Your response is very typical. Nice try though. Very nice accountability! It just shows who you are. I see why you have the reviews you have. Have a nice day!
