Came in for a dermaplaning appointment and was turned away because Alicia, the esthetician, didn’t feel comfortable doing the service, even though I hadn’t used retinol in five days and their own policy says 48 hours is fine. On top of that, she acted like I was lying about the products I use. If you’re into wasting your time and being second-guessed, this is the spot. Booked the introductory facial specifically because of the $70 price, but was extremely disappointed with how little time was spent on extractions, barely 5 minutes. Booked the intro facial to treat myself for my birthday, but the extraction part was shockingly short, maybe 5 minutes. After the facial I still had many visible (and clearly ready-to-extract) blackheads, which I was really looking forward to having extracted professionally. Extremely disappointing. Now I'll have to find another place just to get that done properly. The space was clean and staff were mostly nice. Overall, wouldn't recommend.
I got the Reiki massage enhancement and my massage therapists was Mylena!! She was amazing!! I’ve had a few massages before but this was the best one I’ve ever had and I will definitely ask for Mylena again!
