I had a fantastic experience! Alex was so kind, patient, and made me feel very comfortable. It was just what a tired teacher and Mama needed to relax!
I booked three deep tissue massages and was told we would receive an introductory rate of $79. I thought, wow thats wonderful! However after we all had our massage, I was charged an additional sum because we supposedly received deep tissue massages. Which I understand, but why was I quoted, and re-quoted when I confirmed the three appointments, a lower sum? First red flag!! The massage I had with Kendra sucked. I did not feel relaxed at all. She used her knuckles for most of the massage and when I asked her to use less pressure it felt like she was just rubbing the oil into my skin, no massage whatsoever. I left with a sore back.. now I know not to book with her for a massage in the future.
This location is beyond wonderful!! I felt pampered!
