I came in today and was not given adequate service. The esthetician was late the service was performed wrong and I am leaving unhappy. I explained to the staff that I didn’t get what was supposed to be to be incorporated and she seemed like she could care less. That’s all fine with me I just know now I need to go to a BETTER SPA because this one is NOT PROFESSIONAL at all.
