Let me ask you a question, does it make sense to ask someone about promotions while getting a massage? No! So the service is provided and then being bombarded with promotional deals after the customer’s service after they say “No” or “No Thank You” doesn’t really provide a comfortable experience now does it? Also, if the customer is asked if they would like to give a tip, show the receipt to them rather than playing guessing games. We’ve been there before years ago and now it’s like car salesmen? Have a good day.
The staff are very helpful and welcoming. I appreciate the manger Nilufer making sure I was well taking care of. The spa is clean, professional and most importantly relaxed. I recommend Erin for the best message experience. Her hands will make you feel like you never want the treatment to end.
My 1st five minutes make me feels like am in a class learning skin care 😘 Aaron provided me an exceptional facials service today. He is extremely thorough with skin care knowledge, his massage technique is extraordinary amazing. I felt asleep during my facial, and infact I snored a few times during the session. Thank you so much Aaron- highly recommended him for facial- truly relaxed and felt like a new person.
Monthly membership price is reasonable, staff at front desk is friendly and helpful. My therapist is very knowledgeable and wonderful at her craft. She keeps me feeling good on a monthly basis and I feel healthier receiving a massage every month.
