I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this location. My esthetician arrived late for my appointment, and as a result, I felt rushed through my service while still being charged full price. I paid $179 and left feeling like I did not receive the service that was advertised. The facial was advertised as a 50-minute service, yet it lasted significantly less than that. I came in today and was not given adequate service. The esthetician was late the service was performed wrong and I am leaving unhappy. I explained to the staff that I didn’t get what was supposed to be to be incorporated and she seemed like she could care less. That’s all fine with me I just know now I need to go to a BETTER SPA because this one is NOT PROFESSIONAL at all.
stephanie who works at this location is extremely unprofessional ! I will not be back here due to her disrespect and her carelessness!
