Emerald at the front desk was rude. Wasn’t helpful. Snarky. No customer service at all. Please find new front desk associates who are friendly.
Never really had the best experience here but I went in for a facial at 7 and it was very rushed…finished 7 mins early and started late as well…. Maybe I need to switch membership to another spa. Face had exfoliate left on it I had to clean off. I’ve had plenty of hydration facials and it seems they are all different Update: avoid this place at all cost. Decided to cancel my membership a few days ago after my last straw. I’ve been going to this location for a while and had a membership for about a year. One of the major things I could never stand was the front desk. I understand customer service but the overly fake attitude to your face and then hearing them talk badly after people were taken back was too much for me.
