I would highly recommend DYLAN!!! My first time I was booking last minute and had to take whatever therapist was available (male or female). Although at my age, I would prefer a woman, I was matched up with Dylan. And I’m glad I was because he’s really great at his work, so beyond professional, so personable, and really loves being able to help people out. When I come in for a facial, I always choose Erin. She truly has the magic touch that melts my stress away. She takes the time to care for my skin’s unique needs while giving the most relaxing and nurturing facial massages. Every visit leaves me refreshed, cared for, and glowing. I couldn’t recommend her more!
My massage therapist was Cheryl and she was absolutely amazing. I’ve had a lot of massages before but she is definitely one of the best. I have two young babies I take care of and I was feeling really sore and achey when I came in for my appointment. But after my appointment I felt so rejuvenated and so much better. She is very kind and works hard to give you a great experience. I can’t recommend her enough !
Alisa Parker was my Esthetician, wow! I had a pretty tough week and Alisa removed 6 days of stress from my face. Her techniques were remarkable my skin had a wonderful glow to it. I was recently gifted a very generous $150 gift card to The Ballantyne Spa. I had been seeing Angel at Hand & Stone Spa on Lancaster Hwy in Charlotte for a while now and was extremely happy. I almost felt bad going to another Spa but I did because it was gifted to me. Although the staff was lovely at The Ballantyne, the services given were nothing compared to Angel and the ladies at Hand and Stone of Charlotte.
