I was in desperate need of a massage and luckily they were able to fit me in same day with Troy, who was amazing!! However, I heard my phone vibrating during my massage to only realize that it was the front desk calling to ask where I was and that I was going to be charged 50% for a no show. I've had a membership here for quite some time now. Lately, I've experienced issues with management. Somehow my monthly dues were charged to a card that I did not authorize, but the business had on file. When I called to get further clarification, I was advised that I needed to speak with a manager (it was Thursday) and that the manager would call me back by Monday.
