After three months of continued charges on an account that should have been canceled and absolutely no help, results, or follow through on promises we finally were able to get a resolution. The staff wouldn't provide any contact info for corporate which was silly as a simple Google search gave me that but even then corporate didn't respond. Management is awful. Rude and disrespectful. A couple front desk employees are okay but mostly they are unprofessional and unfriendly. The poor customer service lost me as a member. If you do book here, only book with Alejah for facials and Precious for massages. I had Courtney for a facial and it was not a quality service. She up-sold me on a service that was not even applicable for my skin, I came to find out later. I would give negative stars if possible . Customer service from management at altlantic blvd location is horrible. I cancelled my membership and they still took out the monthly payment. Said I owed for another month after cancellation. Well if I paid for another month where is my free service?
