My first visit to the spa and everyone was very friendly and helpful. I was lucky to get my massage from Rian who is the absolute BEST!! I'll be going to the spa regularly from now on!
From the moment I walked in to the time I left, I was impressed with the cleanliness and hospitality of the staff at Hand & Stone. I had Anthony for my massage, and he definitely deserves a raise. I’ve had several massage therapists in the past, but none could compare to him. He made me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire session. I will definitely be returning here in the future.

The miss use payments, like taking it out 2x in one month or not at all. Money was not the issue on my end. Or the massage therapist walking out crying before we even started, another not being able to do what was scheduled. 1 quit day of, no call to tell me. The manager seems to never be there. I Haven't seen anyone more then 2x bc the turnover rate. I canceled but was forced to pay another month. Was told I can use the lady 2 whenever.
