Hancock Whitney is the best bank I've worked with in recent years. I opened my account online, and the next day, the manager of the San Antonio branch phoned me to welcome me to the bank. When I call, a real person picks up the phone - no automation or phone trees! And when I visit the branch, the employees make me feel like family. Caitlin and Erica are awesome! If you're looking for a bank, I highly recommend them!
