I went to this bank maybe 4 times because the company that gives me a check crashes their checks there, every time I go the way the teller's look at me at the drive thru is very disrespectful,I understand you have to ask questions regarding the check but they go overboard with the things they do and I feel very uncomfortable.iif I didn't have to cash my check there because I didn't want to go deposit it in my bank I would never go there.Whitney Bank do better with training your employees because you can lose customers.
Employees are rude. They just hang up when on the phone.
