This was a very frustrating and disappointing experience. I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism displayed during my loan process with Hancock Whitney, specifically by lender Mirella Locicero. I was issued a pre-approval and, based on that, I entered into a purchase contract in good faith.
