Speaking on their appearance, mocking their mental health and making jokes about getting beaten by their fathers. This is the type of " professional" you have working for you. Provide me the best email to send screenshot proof of the harassment.
The customer service center is on a whole different page than the branches. Put money in and can’t use it but no one knows why. Why should anyone bank here. Common sense the branch and the customer service center should be on the same page. Get it together or close down. This review is due to customer service center only. The local branch in Lynn haven manager Mariam is top notch and needs to be recognized as a TOP performer as she goes way above and beyond to help.
