Disgusting customer service. I waited on the phone for 45 minutes to talk to someone about a blocked card, and when I finally got through, the employee was rude and couldn't help me. I had to go to the police station, where I waited for another hour. Complete lack of service!
I have a loan through them and they are all nice and fast when I come to Pay it
Very friendly staff and they were very helpful in resolving my problems.
