I don’t know why people are complaining about Hancock and Whitney they were so kind to me. They had good chairs which is optimal for my back support because I’m Disabled, the lady I spoke with was very kind And even joked with me about the reviews because they have no idea what’s being said online about them they even showed me how to set up an app, which is more than I can say for some banking companies that don’t even have one very nice people they should be praised
This has to be the worst bank location on the planet. After at least two years of doing business with this branch .... the same teller that has waited on me many many times said today she has never ever seen me before in her life ...... what a major disappointment. I keep trying to use this location because I live in Carencro. It is well worth the drive to the Johnston street location in Lafayette. I truly hate this location.
Wonderful compassionate staff...after being with my former bank for 35 years. The team at Hancock Whitney opened my eyes to a new and better way to bank. Professional and approachable.
If your time is precious avoid this bank at all cost. The drive thru is horribly slow. I am currently sitting in the drive thru on a Saturday for over 40 minutes. I was second in line waiting the ENTIRE time and still waiting. All other Lafayette branches run efficiently, management should tighten up on their staff hiring. This is absolutely ridiculous.
All comments about customer service and wait times are true. They will make you wait long times without so much as a “sorry for a wait” which gives off they do not care at all. You’d do better elsewhere.
