Charged a fee to cash their own check. This is a sorry excuse for a bank.
HORRIBLE BANK!!!!!!!Can't get a debit card when yours is lost or stolen. Will not print you a new debit card at the bank and it gets shipped to you weeks later from Tennessee for some reason leaving you with out a card. They'll give you an ATM card that you can only get cash with and it only good for 14 days.Then when you finally get your card you have to wait for pin to get mailed days later. We never had problems with MidSouth, but now with HW, it has been a problem from the first day it officially switched over! We didn't have access to our account for an amount of time when it was switching over, then when we were able to get back online, we had an overdraft charge that was already posted. It didn't show that we were negative/overdrawn on any transaction before the overdraft charge. In fact, we still had a positive balance after the overdraft fee was taken out.
