This is the worst bank I've ever dealt with. They are so incredibly security uptight and will make you come into a branch to verify identity even after you are approved to open an account. It doesn't matter if the bank is 30+ miles from where you live. In my wife's case, immediately after she was approved for checking, they restricted access to her account. No online access, and they even had the audacity to reject her direct deposit for TWO MONTHS. We couldn't even access it by ATM. Calls to customer service, after waiting ... read more
Very easy to deal with when breaking a large bill even if you're not a customer of theirs. Great customer service.
