Absolutely terrible. I opened a business checking account here because I was told that they are a good bank opening the account was relatively fine but after having the account for a month they turn around and close my account through no fault of my own they said that My account matched other accounts that were in the same business as I am and had their name with an LLC behind it like I did so they preemptively shut down my account for no reason I never had a negative balance was having investors money transferred into the a... read more
I was glad to find a bank from back home New Orleans here. It’s close to my house, it’s convenient for me. Anytime, I go to the bank, I get greeted with a smile and a teller ready for me at the counter.

You call and somebody competent answers your call and assists you. Also their banker, Ty, is very knowledgeable about finance in general and is very helpful and good at representing customers best interest.
