They were hands down the worst bank I have ever had to deal with. Each and every payday it was a struggle just to get my check cashed. They were trying to force me to open account with them by messing with my attempts to cash my Payday from my boss who had an account there. The one in Prentiss was nothing like this one and it was painless having to deal with him. I'm glad they shut down.
